It felt awkward to watch.

Holmes and Watson, 3.33/10, was so devastatingly horrific that it offended me. Unfortunately, I can only describe it as poorly written, inconsequential dross. You would need the great detective skills of the likes of Holmes to detect any sense of humour. I am usually a massive of fan of the partnership between Farrell and Reilly and loving Talladega Nights and Step Brothers a phenomenal amount, I was shocked at how much you could attempt to make an audience laugh in so many ways and fail. It seems this film was churned out for financial gain even forcing me to want to me to leave at points. Now, I would go as far as to say that I even love those comedy movies that are so bad they are good but shamefully, this film doesn’t even make it into that category. The blatant lack of interest that the makers of the film put forward actually irritated me. Obviously, a film only for financial gain then trying to contribute anything actually creditable is a stab in the dark but this film really did have me wishing the minutes away until its end. Please steer away from this comical train wreck. Over and out.
